Your mission
As Export Manager MENA, you will be responsible for supporting commercial management to drive sales growth in the countries under your responsibility and help achieve the annual targets. In this role, you will maintain close contact with the respective distributors and actively participate in the development projects for each market, as defined by both the distributing company and the organization.
How will you do it?
Managing the full sales cycle in the assigned territories/countries, including coordinating orders for current and prospective clients and ensuring proper follow-up.
Expanding market presence and increasing business volume within the assigned area.
Identifying potential markets and distributors based on regional knowledge, generating new demand and business opportunities.
Monitoring payments, ensuring timely collections, and tracking outstanding balances.
Attending trade fairs, congresses, and industry events to identify new clients and business opportunities.
Planning and scheduling activities in line with the company’s commercial objectives and targets.
Managing and coordinating specific product development projects in collaboration with relevant departments.
Preparing activity and performance reports to track commercial actions and results.
What Are We Looking For?
Education: Degree in Agricultural Engineering.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in similar roles within the sector, particularly in fertilizers and/or phytosanitary products.
Languages: French and English are required. Spanish and Arabic are a plus.
Availability for frequent travel across the countries under your responsibility.
What knowledge do you need?
Technical knowledge related to nutritional products, microorganisms, and bioprotection.
In-depth knowledge of the assigned region and relevant crops.
Experience with sales forecasting methodologies.
Knowledge of the competition
Advanced proficiency in office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Additionally, you will need the following skills:
